The Hyrox Open program is crafted for athletes aiming to excel in hybrid competitions, including Hyrox, Deka, and Spartan Race. Developed by Hyrox world record holder Tim Wenisch, the program incorporates 5-7 structured training days per week, featuring 5-8 hybrid workouts that blend running, strength training, and functional exercises. Each session is thoughtfully designed to develop the comprehensive fitness needed for success in hybrid races, inspired by Tim’s personal training regimen. Delivered through the Fitr app, the ongoing program offers flexibility and expert support, with no fixed term required. Athletes are guided to track their progress and continuously improve their fitness with engaging and creative workouts. All that’s needed is access to Hyrox equipment, a heart rate monitor, and a determination to reach new athletic heights.
The Culcha. coaching team consists of four highly experienced trainers: Tim Wenisch, Zeliha Puls, Jannik Czapla, and Nils Knuth. With backgrounds as competitive athletes and experts in hybrid training, endurance sports, and team sports, this team offers a diverse range of knowledge and expertise. Each coach is dedicated to guiding athletes at every level—beginner, advanced, or professional—through personalized training plans, scientifically designed workouts, and expert-led competition preparation. Together, they create a motivating and supportive environment that helps athletes achieve their best in fitness and performance.
