The Running - Advanced program is designed for seasoned runners seeking to elevate their performance and achieve new personal bests in events such as half-marathons and marathons. This program features a mix of interval sessions and steady-state runs, structured to develop endurance, speed, and running efficiency. Training frequency and intensity are adjusted every four weeks to match your progress and goals. Participants will receive personalized feedback on their sessions from coaches Zeliha and Tim, ensuring continuous improvement.
