HYROX Performance Plan by KaJu Coaching

The KaJu HYROX Performance Plan combines strength work and cardio training to create well-rounded athletes ready for HYROX events or personal fitness goals. Members follow a structured program of 5 weekly sessions, with workouts that adapt to both home gym and commercial gym settings. The plan includes regular testing weeks to track progress and adjust training loads, helping athletes build endurance and power throughout the year.

KaJu Coaching was founded by Julius Ise, a dedicated fitness professional and certified Hyrox Coach who has been transforming lives through personalized training since 2016. As a Hyrox Ambassador and active competitor since 2019, Julius brings extensive experience in functional fitness, bodybuilding, and athletic performance to his Berlin-based training facility. Together with his team, he offers specialized Hyrox coaching programs that combine endurance, strength, and mental conditioning, helping clients achieve their fitness goals through both personal training sessions and group coaching at their licensed gym in Berlin Mitte.
