RMR Training is spearheaded by Meg Jacoby, Rich Ryan, and Ryan Kent, three elite athletes who have collectively won five world championships across Hyrox and DEKAFIT events. Meg Jacoby, a Hyrox World Champion, was introduced to Rich Ryan, an experienced coach and Hybrid Racing expert, to help her realize her potential—and they quickly became a formidable team. Together with Ryan Kent, a decade-long professional athlete and four-time DEKAFIT World Champion, they formed RMR Training to share their knowledge, develop athletes, and foster a thriving global community for Hybrid Racers. Their experience and dedication are the foundation of every program they create.
