The Daily Athlete program was founded by Fabian Eisenlauer, a professional triathlete and elite running coach, alongside sports scientist Florian Kowa, bringing together over 20 years of high-level athletic experience. Their combined expertise spans strength training, endurance sports, and scientific performance optimization, creating a comprehensive approach to athletic development.
